We're investigating network connectivity problems in Nottingham, UK

Everything in Nottingham is back up and running correctly.

We're working with the DC to put a report together on the reason and affected customers will be contacted directly.

Apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Networking is back up, but currently via a failover core switch. The initial core switch that caused the issue is being analysed to determine the exact nature of the fault - so we're continuing to monitor and work with the DC to ensure everything is back up to speed and the issue can be fully resolved.

A networking outage is taking place in this DC causing partial connectivity. We're working with the DC to get this resolved.
